Ordering...
is easy and you can do it in four different ways. Online is the easiest method,
but we do accept orders by fax, over the phone and by post.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch / Maestro and Solo cards.
Cheques should be denominated in £ Pounds Sterling, drawn on a UK bank
and made payable to Toy and Model.com.
If you are not ordering online, but want to post or fax us your order, you can add
the items to your basket ( as if you were ordering online ), but when it comes to
place the order click on delivery outside the UK ( even if delivery is inside the UK )
and then print out the form, fill it in by hand and then post / fax it to :-

Credit Card Safety...
is guaranteed as Toy and Model.com use SecureTrading plc to process your credit or
debit card information. This means that all transactions are encrypted using
128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture (dependent on browser support),
and are signed using Thawte digital certificates.
Cards accepted include Maestro, Solo, Delta, Mastercard and Visa
Delivery...
The Standard UK Delivery charge is £4.90 per order. (You can purchase multiple items on
a single order, and still only pay £4.90 postage and packing).
Express Delivery (Next working day delivery for orders received by 12.45pm)
is available within most areas of the mainland UK for £7.90.
Overseas Postage Costs...
are charged at cost. On our order page for deliveries outside the UK you can select a
a maximum carriage charge, and if we can deliver the order for below this amount we
will despatch the order immediately. If the carriage cost is higher than the limit you set,
we will notify you via email, and you can either agree to the higher charge or cancel the
order.
Returns And Refunds...
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will give you a full refund
or exchange. Simply return the item and your receipt to us within 30 days of purchase.
If the return is the result of an error on our part, we will also pay for the return postage
costs.
